Shipping conditions

The goods will only be delivered to a German delivery address in normal household quantities.

If you require larger quantities, e.g. for commercial purposes, please contact us in advance. We will then make you an offer.

To save shipping costs, you can also pick up your order at conventions and creative markets at the Miss Nero Creations stand. There is a separate shipping option for each convention or event, which you can select when completing your order.

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Deliveries within Germany:

We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of

  • 4.95 € per order for standard shipping
  • 15.00 € per order for express delivery

You can view the shipping costs for your selected goods at any time in the shop's shopping basket.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 2 - 5 days after order confirmation (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

There is no minimum order quantity.

We reserve the right to split deliveries into several packages and dispatch them if this is necessary for technical reasons. Additional shipping costs are only incurred by express agreement.

We also deliver to DHL packing stations within Germany. However, the parcel size for packing stations is limited to 75 x 60 x 40 cm. If we need a larger parcel for your delivery, we will contact you for an alternative delivery address.

Accepted payment methods

  • Payment by invoice (due immediately after delivery, maximum amount € 200.00)
  • Prepayment by bank transfer
  • SEPA direct debit/bank collection
  • Payment by PayPal (credit card, direct debit)

Further details on payment

When paying by SEPA Core Direct Debit or SEPA Business-to-Business Direct Debit, you authorise us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit collection. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account on the announced date.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
